Slavia Mozyr and FK Gorodeya have virtually identical records this season with both having picked up just 11 points from their opening nine games and adopting a -4 goal difference.
Bookmakers anticipate home advantage playing a key role here and although Slavia, who have lost only one of their last seven home games, should prevail it’s unlikely to be an enterprising affair.
Slavia have held second-placed Torpedo Belaz and Ruhr Brest to goalless draws this season, while also taking down divisional giants BATE Borisov 2-1. They are pretty reliable on their own patch but have failed to score in three of their last four contests.
Gordeya inherit the worst attack in the league. The visitors have scored just six times in nine league outings and only one of those games has featured three or more goals.
Three of the last four meetings have resulted in 1-0 wins and this could follow suit, in favour of Slavia who have better attacking options than their goal-shy guests.
